Smart City

In recent years, the progressive complication of the political and management situation has led to the transfer of competences and responsibilities, previously managed centrally, to the Local Government bodies without however being given methodologies, tools and training to the latest.

The result is that we are faced with a dense “geopardization” of the initiatives and the objective difficulty of the Local Administrators to finance local development or to transfer the opportunities available at central (national and / or European) level to the territory of competence to translate them in welfare, development and employment.

From the cooperation and integration of multiple partners and functions it is however possible to derive that push and those additional resources to start a virtuous circle that leads to the development and enhancement of the territory, creating a solid socio-economic substrate. This is precisely our vision of SMART CITY, that is, a Municipality that places itself in the surrounding context as an active subject competing to affirm and value its existence. A SMART CITY, for the Citizen, will no longer be one of the many places to live in but it will be a specific place where he will have chosen to live and from which to draw real value. A value that comes from staying there and nowhere else.

SMART CITY is an innovation of the traditional concept of Municipality, which from the exclusively ADMINISTRATIVE approach evolves into a new more MANAGERIAL model.

Whoever is called to govern a Municipality today will have to worry not only about managing the resources made available at the central level but will also have to implement those behaviors that are able to find or generate new ones, all with a more managerial approach than was required in the past. All this through: OPTIMIZATION OF AVAILABLE RESOURCES: ACCESS TO NEW RESOURCES; VALUATION OF WHAT IS PRESENT; ATTRACTION OF INTEREST AND CAPITAL.
